ok so I may not have been totally on track with the diet this week but I have been trying and I don't expect to be perfect from the word go. It is after all a learning experience.
So why is it that when I weighed myself yesterday at the gym I had put on 1lb
its a mystery to me
not only have I been trying to follow the diet but I ahve been to the gym.
ok maybe I should have weighed myself after not before my workout
I am not going to worry about it
just hope its a different story next time I weigh myself on monday
