Ok I have not been a very good girl with the diet since the start of December. Neither have I been to the gym as first I twisted my ankle so it was too painful to do much for a few days then I got a cold then it was xmas then I got ill again and so on and so on.
But as of two days ago I have begun the diet again and today I went to the gym again.
after a short work out (best not to do too much first time back) I weighed myself I was half expecting that I would have not only put back the weight I had lost but more. However I was suprised to see that not too much damage has been done. yes I did put on weight but not as much as I had feared. I am 91.4kg which equals 14.393 stone.........um not good but at least its less than a few montsh ago and now I know I can do it.

You need to share your diet plan! I could do with losing those post-Xmas pounds! - As long as it doesn't mean no booze ;o)
